Do you have insurance that will pay for your transportation?

The insurances we are contracted with are listed below. You must call the number listed by your insurance provider to schedule your appointment. You may request Top Water Transit as your preferred provider. This is not a guarantee that we will be the provider dispatched.

All Arkansas Medicaid members, call Verida: 1-888-833-4130

All United Healthcare members, please call: 866-244-3123

All Humana members, please call: 877-841-3647

All Wellcare members, please call: 833-236-9676

All Missouri Medicaid/Medicare members, please call: 1-888-987-1200

All VA members, please call Vetride: 573-778-4465

For any other insurance, please call your insurance customer service number and ask if you are eligible for non-emergency transportation coverage and if you are eligible, ask for instructions on how to book your ride. Every membership differs in coverage benefits.

Can I schedule a transport to be covered by my Insurance?

We currently accept Private Pay, Medicaid, Wellcare of AR, United Healthcare, Humana, and MO Healthnet. We are working to hopefully accept a wider variety of insurances in the future.

What is your coverage area?

We can transport within a 150 mi radius of Pocahontas, AR and across state lines.

I require a wheelchair and oxygen at all times. Can you transport me to my doctor's appointment?

Yes. Our drivers are trained in oxygen administration and our vehicle is wheelchair accessible. You must provide your own oxygen tank or make arrangements with us in advance if you need one supplied for your trip.
